Tuesday & Thursday runs from the Beaty


--Tuesday handicap run after work: Handicap as in staggered start so we all finnish together, and all have someone to chase!  

Where: Beaty center, in the breeze way between Beaty and the museum.
When: 5pm
What: 5 mile (8km) loop run to spanish beach and back ~500' of vert gain. We'll get a baseline time on our first run then do staggered starts for all subsequent runs. We'll run first 4 miles at a hard effort and meet up at the top of the last hill and jog the last mile back together at a casual pace.  This is a fun way to help each other improve while keeping it social. 
Route: Out College High rd. right on Salish - left on Spanish, Spanish all the way down to almost the beach - Left on Admiralty - Left on East Canyon - Right on West Canyon - Left on Admiralty - Left on Salish to the top of the hill and school parking lot.  Jog back to Beaty together.  
Bring: Headlamp/flashlight. 


--Thursday lunch run: Fun social jog on the most well drained and cruiser trails around.
Where: Beaty center, in breeze way between Beaty and the museum.
When: 12pm
What: 3 mile (5km) run 
Route: Out to Salish via College High rd. and loop back on Heron trial to Wesbrook Mall.
